To align with industry standards and best practices — and to do our part to help eliminate processing delays for your participants — we no longer support hard-copy payroll processing. Nationwide requires that all plans utilize FastPay to maintain In Good Order Processing of your payroll information.
Plans will need to transition to paperless payroll processing and payroll change notices, bringing an end to sending payroll contribution details via hard copy or through the mail. With FastPay, you can easily submit your payroll and census information directly to Nationwide on our Plan Sponsor website.
